Bellerophon (Cymbularia) sculptus was named by Perner (1903) [Bellerophon (Cymbularia?) sculptus]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Konigshof, which is in a Kralodvorian marine horizon in the Králuv Dvur Formation of the Czech Republic.
