Eopteria agustini
Taxonomy
Eopteria agustini was named by Sánchez (2000). Its type specimen is CEBH-UNC 18465, a valve (composite mold of right lateral valve), and it is a mold. Its type locality is Unnamed creek 1 kilometer south of Quebrada La Vizcacha, Sierra de Cajas, which is in a Tremadoc transition zone/lower shoreface siltstone in the Cardonal Formation of Argentina.
