Taxonomy
Euomphalus fenestralis was named by Whidborne (1892). It is not extant. Its type locality is Lummaton Quarries, West of St. Mary Church, Lummaton Parrish, Torquay, which is in a Givetian carbonate limestone in the Torquay Formation of the United Kingdom.
