Taxonomy
Euphemitopsis multinodosa was named by Yochelson (1960). It is not extant. Its type locality is B.E.G. 199-T9-1.3A12, Hall's Bluff, Runnels County, which is in an Artinskian shallow subtidal limestone in the Clyde Formation of Texas.
