Loxonema parvula was named by Perner (1903) [Loxonema? parvula Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is not extant. Its type locality is Lejskov (= Leiskov) near Malkov, which is in a Berounian carbonate limestone in the Králuv Dvur Formation of the Czech Republic.
