Taxonomy
Neilsonia laticincta was named by Batten (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is USNM707d, Lenox Hills, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Skinner Ranch Formation of Texas.
