Pygmaeoconus porrectus
Taxonomy
Palaeacmaea porrecta was named by Perner (1903) [Palaeacmaea? porrecta Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Osek, which is in a Sarka offshore shale in the Sarka Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Pygmaeoconus.
It was recombined as Pygmaeoconus porrecta by Horný (1961), Horný (1963) and Horný (1997); it was recombined as Pygmaeoconus porrectus by Horný (2006) and Wagner (2023).
