Palaeozyga bohemica

Taxonomy
Palaeozygopleura (Palaeozyga) bohemica was named by Horný (1955). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Holyně Section in small quarry NE of Holyně and W of the Prastav Quarr, which is in an Eifelian carbonate limestone in the Daleje-Trebotov Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Palaeozyga.

It was recombined as Palaeozygopleura bohemica by Fryda et al. (2013); it was recombined as Palaeozyga bohemica by Frýda and Bandel (1997), Frýda and Blodgett (2004) and Wagner (2023).
