Peruvispira delicata
Taxonomy
Peruvispira delicata was named by Chronic (1949). Its type specimen is AMNH 27005/2:1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AMNH301, Bed 32b, Rasuvilca Hills section 9, Pajege Canyon, which is in an Asselian/Sakmarian marine limestone in Peru. It is the type species of Peruvispira.
