Ptychonema nigrum

Taxonomy
Ptychonema nigrum was named by Perner (1903) [Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Praha-Strasnic, which is in a Zahorany carbonate limestone in the Zahorany Formation of the Czech Republic.

It was recombined as Lophospira nigrum by Knight et al. (1960).
