Taxonomy
Ulungaratoconcha heidelbergeri was named by Blodgett and Cook (2002). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 89A-126A1, which is in an Eifelian basinal (siliceous) siltstone/mudstone in the Ulungarat Formation of Alaska. It is the type species of Ulungaratoconcha.
