Ischnoptygma archibaldi
Taxonomy
Ischnoptygma archibaldi was named by Erwin (1988). Its type specimen is USHM 400659, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM703, Old Word Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Roadian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas.
