Taxonomy
Agnesia invertens was named by Perner (1907) [Agnesia invertens Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Area between the villages of Měňany and Koněprusy, which is in a Pragian marine horizon in the Praha Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Koneprusellia.

It was recombined as Koneprusellia invertens by Frýda (1998) and Wagner (2023).
