Pojetaconcha alabamensis

Taxonomy
Bransonia alabamensis was named by Pojeta and Runnegar (1976). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is 1.75 miles northeast of New Hope Church, north of Pelham, which is in an Ashbyan carbonate limestone in the Little Oak Formation of Alabama.

It was recombined as Pojetaconcha alabamensis by Wagner (2023).
