Taxonomy
Bucaniella inflata was named by Koken (1897). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Grässgård, which is in a Keila/Oandu carbonate limestone in the Chasmopskalk Formation of Sweden.
It was recombined as Kokenospira inflata by Teichert (1932), Yochelson (1963) and Wagner (2023).
