Hippocardia cumberlandiae

Taxonomy
Conocardium cumberlandiae was named by Prosser and Kindle (1913). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Section starting 200 feet east of the center of the bridge over Little Run, which is in a Givetian marine limestone in the Romney Formation of Maryland.

It was recombined as Hippocardia cumberlandiae by Wagner (2023).
