Barroisocaulus davyi
Taxonomy
Murchisonia davyi was named by Barrois (1889) [Murchisonia Davyi]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chateau-Briant, just east of Erbray, which is in an Emsian carbonate limestone in the Calcaire d’Erbray Formation of France. It is the type species of Barroisucaulus.
It was recombined as Barroisocaulus davyi by Gubanov et al. (1995) and Wagner (2023).
