Pygmaeoconus compressus

Taxonomy
Palaeacmaea compressus was named by Koken and Perner (1925) [Mislabelled Palaeacmaea constricta Eichwald on plate captions. Also includes Palaeacmaea constricta Eichwald sensu Heintz 1933:312.]. Its type specimen is PMO 20729, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Pygmaeoconus compressus by Yochelson (1977), Ebbestad and Yochelson (2000) and Wagner (2023).
