P. Y. Parkhaev and Y. Demidenko 2010"Shell cap-shaped, low conical, wide. Apex blunt and straight, displaced posteriorly. Anterior field convex, posterior filed straight or concave, lateral fields flattened. Posterior field can bear median buttress. Aperture circular or rounded rhomboidal, with posterior sinus. Sinus margin can be fringed by buttress. External surface of shell smooth or bears faint growth lines. Surface of internal mold smooth or bears indistinct undulating radial folds."
