Sinuites planodorsatus
Taxonomy
Protowarthia planodorsata was named by Ulrich and Scofield (1897). It is not extant. Its type locality is River Quarries, Covington, Southgate Mbr., which is in an Edenian marine limestone/shale in the Kope Formation of Kentucky.
It was recombined as Sinuites planodorsatus by Bassler (1915), Ruedemann (1926) and Wahlman (1992).
