Beraunia bifrons

Taxonomy
Rhabdospira bifrons was named by Perner (1903) [Rhabdospira bifrons Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is not extant. Its type locality is Kosov quarry locality (Dlouhá Hora), Kopanina Fm, which is in a Ludlow deep subtidal limestone in the Kopanina Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Rhabdospira.

It was recombined as Cyclotropis bifrons by Perner (1907) and Perner (1911); it was recombined as Beraunia bifrons by Rohr and Blodgett (2008) and Wagner (2023).
