Longstaffia centervillensis
Taxonomy
Lophospira (Ruedemannia) centervillensis was named by Foerste (1923) [Lophospira (Ruedemannia?) centervillensis]. It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Quarry ½ mile northwest of Centerville, which is in an Alexandrian carbonate limestone in the Brassfield Formation of Ohio.
It was recombined as Longstaffia centervillensis by Peel (1977) and Wagner (2023).
