Michelia tenera
Taxonomy
Sinuspira tenera was named by Perner (1907) [Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bubovice, which is in a Ludfordian carbonate limestone in the Kopanina Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Sinuspira.
It was recombined as Murchisonia (Sinuspira) tenera by Knight et al. (1960) and Peel (1977); it was recombined as Michelia tenera by Wagner (1999) and Wagner (2023).
