Straparollus eurydice was named by Billings (1860). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Straparella eurydice by Sainsbury et al. (1971); it was recombined as Straparollina eurydice by Billings (1865), Wilson (1951) and Wagner (2023).
