Pleurotomaria (Euryzone) euomphaloides was named by Spitz (1907) [Pleurotomaria (Euryzone) euomphaloides Spitz 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Bicarina euomphaloides by Jhaveri (1969), Blodgett and Johnson (1992) and Wagner (2023).
