Taxonomy
Straparolus subdionysii was named by Maxwell (1961). It is not extant. Its type locality is L. 1872, 1350' west of Splinter Creek, ~4400' west of Old Cannidah Homestead, which is in an Ivorian carbonate limestone in the Tellebang Formation of Australia.
