Segre 1974calcareous plasmostracus, free, trocospiral; spiral side convex, numerous chambers, gradually increasing in size, arched and oblique sutures with respect to the peripheral margin; rounded periphery; umbilical side flat or slightly concave with a few chambers separated by straight sutures in the center, slightly arched at the periphery with two rows of sparse holes on the sides; surface covered by a dense granulation that extends partially also to the side spiral and hiding the sutural areas; opening consisting of holes
often obliterated at the base of the apertural chamber.
