Taxonomy
Cretadmete neglecta was named by Blagovetshenskiy and Shumilkin (2006). It is not extant. Its type specimen is UKM 155/1. Its type locality is Hauterivian - Ulyanovsk, Volga Region, which is in a Hauterivian coastal sandstone in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Cretadmete.
