Murchisonia oegensis
Taxonomy
Murchisonia oegensis was named by Heidelberger and Koch (2005). Its type specimen is WMfN.P.42883, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is "Steltenberg" Quarry, near Hohenlimburg, which is in a Givetian carbonate limestone in the Schwelm Formation of Germany.
