Macrostylocrinus wyomingensis
Taxonomy
Macrostylocrinus wyomingensis was named by Kolata (1976) [deposited in type collection at the Department of Geology, University of Illinois (UI), Urbana, Illinois]. Its type specimen is UI X-5190 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Bighorn Formation Crinoids, which is in a Maysvillian deep subtidal limestone in the Bighorn Dolomite Formation of Wyoming.
