Psittacosaurus sibiricus
Taxonomy
Psittacosaurus sibiricus was named by Voronkevich and Averianov (2000). Its type specimen is PM TGU 16/4-20, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shestakovo-3, which is in a Barremian/Aptian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone/siltstone in the Ilek Formation of the Russian Federation.
