Penion marwicki
Taxonomy
Verconella marwicki was named by Finlay (1930). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Castlecliff, Tainui Shell Bed, which is in a Castlecliffian coastal siltstone in the Tainui Shell Bed Formation of New Zealand.
It was recombined as Penion marwicki by Beu et al. (1990).
