Chapus lockleyi
Taxonomy
Chapus lockleyi was named by Li et al. (2006). Its type specimen is CHABU-8-42, 39, and 41, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Chabu Site 8, which is in a Barremian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Jianchuan Formation of China.
