Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
F. S. Szalay 1976"characterized by the presence of protocone-fold (sometimes referred to in the literature as Nannopithex-fold), and a type of hypocone that is an indistinct elevation on the distal slope of the protocone. ... Along with this type of hypocone construction anaptomorphines are usually also characterized by low and relatively bulbous trigonid cusps and relatively shallow talonids."
