Achaenodon fremdi
Taxonomy
Achaenodon fremdi was named by Lucas et al. (2004). Its type specimen is OMSI 590, a maxilla, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Hancock Quarry, which is in an Eocene terrestrial conglomerate/sandstone in the Clarno Formation of Oregon.
