J. Gilbert 1974 | An Amphechinus species of large size. the lower incisor is straight. The metaconid of p4 is very small. The trigonid basin of p4 is very shallow. p4 without labial cingulum. The hypoconid of m1 and m2 is lower than the entoconid, but very wide and robust. The paralophid of m2 does not close the trigonid basin. Metaconule present in M1 and M2. M3 single rooted. The foramen mentale is situated below the p4. |
