Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
J. Gibert 1974A small Desmanella species with the crista obliqua of m1 situated far to the lingula side. The trigonid basin of gthe m2 is almost closed lingually by the voluminous metaconid. The P4 has a continuous cingulum around the crown. The M1 has a very much enlarged metaconulus and a divided mesostyle. The M2 has a well developed anterior and posterior cingulum. The extension of the metaconulus is less developed in the M2 than in the M1.
