Amphiscapha calix

Taxonomy
Straparollus (Euomphalus) calix was named by Gordon and Yochelson (1975). Its type specimen is USNM 16847, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USGS 24050-PC. SW¼ sec. 26 T47N R116W Teton County, which is in an Arnsbergian offshore shale/limestone in the Amsden Formation of Wyoming.

It was recombined as Amphiscapha calix by Wagner (2023).
