Helminthozyga vermiculus
Taxonomy
Helminthozyga vermiculus was named by Knight (1930). It is not extant. Its type specimen is YPM 12992. Its type locality is SL-1. Headwaters of Feefee Creek, north of Olive St. & west of Lindberg Blvd., 1.5 km northwest of Stratmann (Olivette), which is in a Moscovian offshore shale in the Appanoose Formation of Missouri. It is the type species of Helminthozyga.
