Dzungariotherium orgosensis
Taxonomy
Dzungariotherium orgosensis was named by Chiu (1973). Its type specimen is IVPP V3190, a skull (skull with lower jaw), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 20 km south of Anjihai Bridge, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Shawan Formation of China. It is the type species of Dzungariotherium.
