Lithology and environment
Primary lithology:red or brown lithified "limestone"
Secondary lithology: lithified silty,calcareous "shale"
Lithology description: Predominantly limestone, in well defined beds 2-10 cm thick, with interbeds to about 4 cm of silty calcareous shale. Limestones are brownish, and typically are finely micritic, but not uncommonly are finely sandy or coarsely micritic.
Environment:deep subtidal indet.
