Primary lithology: lithified sandy sandstone
Secondary lithology: lithified muddy mudstone
Lithology description: The succession is essentially composed of coarse- to fine-grained deltaic sand and siltstones, interbedded with dark mudstones. Small, dispersed coalified plant fragments are common. In the upper part, several thin (up to 0.5 m) laminated limestone beds can be distinguished (transition beds).
