Primary lithology: lithified silty siltstone
Secondary lithology: lithified argillaceous mudstone
Lithology description: The section covers ∼20 m and spans almost the entire Crato Formation including the two prominent limestone units of the Nova Olinda (∼6 m) and Jamacaru (∼2.5 m) members as well as the intercalated sand-, silt- and mudstones of the Caldas and Casa de Pedra members.
