Includes fossils?Y
Lithology description: "an interval of gravelly mudstone with laterally extensive carbonate nodule beds 10-30 cm thick. Clasts in this bed include carbonate and phosphate pebbles, molds of freshwater snails, and abundant plant fragments. These beds are very poorly sorted...The bones are preserved at the base of a 2-3 m thick interval of olive-gray silty claystone containing scattered centimeter-scale carbonate nodules"
Environment:crevasse splay
Geology comments: "...may represent crevasse splays, although a source channel was not recognized."
