THICKNESS: Sampled horizon of ~10 cm within approximately 10 m thick composite section (composed of ~4 m thick pits. AGE: Early Badenian, Lower Lagenid froam biozone, NN5, M5 planktic foram biozone, lower Langhian. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From near base of section, in monotonous clay.
