• Miami Bend Lithofacies. The specimen was collected in situ on a weathered surface from a position approximately 1.2 m above the base of the type section of the Miami Bend Lithofacies (Cooper and Phelan, 1966, p. 6). Disconformably overlies the Kokomo Limestone Member of the Salina Formation & is overlain by the Logansport Lithofacies.
