• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From Turgut Fm, which unconformably overlies the Tauride tectonic unit (Mesozoic) and is overlain conformably by the Sekköy Fm (Late Miocene). THICKNESS: From unit 150-200 m thick. AGE: Burdigalian. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From upper part (Burdigalian) of Turgut Fm.
