• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From upper Shuomo Fm, which underlies the Tithonian Guchuochun Fm. THICKNESS: From bed within >500 m thick exposure of Shuomo Fm. AGE: Tithonian. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From uppermost part of formation, immediately below contact with Guchuochun Fm and PBDB# 64826, and above PBDB# 64828.

Environment/lithology: deep-water; poorly lithified, concretionary siltstone

• ENVIRONMENT: Offshore, deeper water, possibly continental slope.
