• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From Olenidsletta Mbr within the Valhallfonna Formation, which is overlain by the Profilbekken Mbr (same fm). AGE: Areginian; Didymograptus hirundo graptolite zone. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: 90-100 m above the base of the Olenidsletta Member. PJW: This member is not in the hirundo graptolite zone! There is not hirundo aged rock in this sequence.
•JA: reassigned to the Darriwilian on the assumption that the D. hirundo zone is the British Expansograptus hirundo zone
