• Middle member of the Paja Formation. Paper says this is "lower Barremian" and "lower upper Barremian"

Environment/lithology: coastal; gypsiferous, nodular, calcareous claystone

• tidal salt flats
• gypsum-rich claystones with calcareous nodules interbedded with thin calcareous levels with cryptalgal structures
